This property was spacious, but I’m giving it only a 3 because of the poor service. Anytime I messaged her about anything it was an issue, and she acted as if I was bothering her. The owner knew we were staying there with my kids, and we were expecting eight people in total. She only left two toilet paper rolls and two towels, and there was barely any dish soap left when we arrived.If you’re considering booking this VRBO, be warned to bring your own towels and toilet paper. They didn’t have any, and the owner didn’t even bother to leave a note about it.

The guest caused damage to the property, specifically to a door, during her stay. The home is new and was inspected immediately before and after the reservation, and no damage was present prior to her arrival (I have proof). Unfortunately, she did not take responsibility for the issue. After being rated accordingly and informed through messages that the damage had occurred during her stay, she then posted a negative review. The property was fully stocked with towels and paper towels, as confirmed before and after her stay. For these reasons, we would not host this guest again and cannot recommend her to other hosts. The guest also did not follow the house rules.

Una casa súper cómoda y limpia, la comunicación con la dueña excelente nos encantó que tenían juguetes para los niños. Está en un buen sitio todas las tiendas quedan cerca la casa súper acogedora para pasar unos días en famili. Se las recomiendo a todas esas personas que quieran ir.

Why they chose this property

It's a quiet place, without much traffic noise, and it's close to Disney and Legoland parks. Although Legoland isn't a very crowded park, it's the best park for children under 5 years old. I have a son who enjoys that park more than the others. I say this from experience; it's a park designed for young children.

What makes this property unique

It's a cozy, large, spacious, single-story house so you don't have to climb stairs, and the children's room has toys so the little ones can have healthy fun.
