We are an ADULT ONLY MINI RESORT STYLE PLACE
There are 8 rental units in different seizes available. We have two identical two bedroom two bathroom Apartments, one Bedroom one Bathrooms Duplex Apartment, 2 Studio Apartments, two one Bedroom one Bathroom Apartments and one Penthouse to rent on our Property.
All Apartments are luxurious furnished with kitchen utilities, A/C’s in all rooms fully fitted American beds, towels etc.
We are only a 10 minutes walking distance away from the center of JACO and BEACHES.
Located in a secure property with high walls around and camera surveillance system and total privacy. There is a huge beautiful garden with hammocks and sitting areas for reading and relaxing,
There is a Carport parking, beautiful gardens with large pool and fitness area etc. to be used from 8 am until 5.30 pm at your own risk.
We are a retired couple, I am German and my wife is Columbien She is nationalized Costa Rican too and we both live more then 30 years in Costa Rica. Our house is at the end of the property while the rental units are at the front. We do not admit children or animals or non registered guests on our property.
The property is located in the best residential area of Jacó and is surrounded by high walls, nobody can look inside and you hardly hear any outside noice. Our place is for people who look for total privacy and want to relax and enjoy the nature and peace.

The apartment was clean, updated and spacious.

Our hosts Wolfgang and Martha were over the top in making us feel at home! They made our stay so enjoyable, it was hard to leave. We feel like we've made new friends. They helped us navigate the town and recommended places to eat. The location was excellent. The pool was fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to our friends.

It was really nice to have these guests around us, they where so respectful and enjoyed the privacy around the huge pool aérea . We spend lot’s of time talking and we tried to help them find the nice places they where lucking for. It was like family! Excellent we which all guests always where like them. We are a retired couple, I did own a hotel before.
We love living close to the beach and found the right property in the best and safest area of Jaco, to build our dream retirement home plus some rental units to provide some extra income and company.

Why they chose this property

I still owned my Hotel, when I started building my Jaco Compound and a short time after finishing it, I did sell my Hotel and moved full time to Jaco.
Over the years and getting married we started to improve this property to make it what it is today simply beautiful

What makes this property unique

Our beautiful and quiet gardens surrounded by trees and plants around the big pool gives us peace and fun relaxing with lot’s of privacy. We are frequently visited by Parrots and Toucans, a special treat. Our pool is big and deep enough to swim laps.
still, we are just 10 minutes walking distance away from Jaco Center and the Beach, a perfect location.
