Welcome to the beautiful Monaco condominum in the heart of Jaco. We are literally steps to the best restaurants, beach, shopping and nightlife. The gated Monaco has 24/7 security with free parking. This fully furnished unit is directly poolside with 1600 sq. feet of living space. Guests can enjoy the 2 outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, and grill with summer kitchen. Large screen televisions in every room, fully equipped kitchen, granite, stainless appliances are just a few of the amenities. There is a supermarket within a very short distance for those who want to cook at home. We are guest friendly. Book all of your tours right in the lobby.

Jaco Birthday Getaway

Had a great experience in Jaco. The Condo was just as advertised. Mark had great communication and was very timely with responses. The office staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot

Everything was great from the original message to Mark to the check out at the end. The front desk staff are even helping us plan an excursion after our stay. Be sure to get a coffee at the small shop across the street. Thank you Mark!

Great, Safe, Clean Family Condo

The condominium was very nice and clean. It was a lot bigger than I was even expecting. The pool is right outside the condo. The location was great. Only steps away from a grocery store with an ATM, the beach, and many restaurants and shops. Only a short drive away to a variety of waterfalls. It was only steps away from ATV Backcountry Tours. And there are two national parks that were easy to drive to. And you must go see Playa Mantas beach! It was gorgeous, and you can walk to Playa Blanca from Playa Mantas. I only wish we could have stayed longer than 4 nights.

This was the best place to stay in jaco hands down this is my second visit to this property an will b from now on wont go any where else the staff excellent the gaurds at the security gate are the most helpful an will go above an beyond for you if you looking for a safe well guarded place in jaco this where u want to stay the owner of the property responds rite away an is very available when ever u need him the best thing about this unit is that the pool is 5 steps away from the living room so.its like having a pool in your backyard loved it

The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable if you’re staying in Jaco. The pool was also nice and clean. The chairs outside could use some cushions but, overall the place was nice.
