This well appointed Victorian townhouse in Central Cambridge has everything needed for a peaceful stay -
With amenities such as groceries, restaurants and bars only a short walk away, this property is located 5 minutes walk from the famous River Cam, 2 large public parks and the historic buildings of the University of Cambridge -
Pets and children are welcome however a fee of £25 is chargeable per animal.
Ideal property for contractors and other long term returning guests -
The property has a furnished kitchen and separate living area with a dining table seating 7 -There are 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests - 1 twin (downstairs) , 1 double and 1 double and single (upstairs).
There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower and a separate family bathroom with shower and freestanding bath upstairs - There is a private garden at the back of the property with patio and grass areas, there is also seating included - The listing includes 2 off road parking spaces at the front of the property.
Street parking is available for free outside the hours of 0900-1700 Monday-Saturday - please check local restrictions at time of visiting - We don't charge a cleaning fee as we wish you to enjoy the property as the family home it is intended to be, however we ask that you respect the house - The whole property including 2 off road parking spaces, private garden and side entrance is available for use.
