The ground-floor apartment in Landhaus St. Markus is 50 square meters and can accommodate up to four people plus one infant. The apartment features a large living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) has a large wardrobe and a second flat-screen TV. The bathroom with shower was newly renovated in 2021. The apartment is very bright, as all rooms have windows. The large, sunny terrace is in a quiet location overlooking the garden and features new garden furniture (2021). The apartment is furnished with new garden furniture.
