Holiday apartment in Moselkern with barbecue

Our ground-floor, high-quality holiday apartment is located in the charming wine village of Moselkern.

It offers 75 m² of living space, divided into a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a sitting area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Air conditioning was installed in mid-August 2025, ensuring a comfortable temperature even in warm weather.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, and much more.

The sofa easily converts into a comfortable 1.70 m wide bed with a slatted frame and cold foam mattress. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to four people.

The apartment also features two flat-screen satellite TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and a compact stereo system with Bluetooth, CD player, and radio. LAN/Wi-Fi is available, as is a washer/dryer.

Free parking is available directly in front of the property. There is also storage space for bicycles.

The apartment includes a garden with a seating area and an additional covered seating area. Cushions, a parasol, and a charcoal and electric grill are also provided.
