Villa Demi Sunset is a pleasant 3 bedroom property centrally located in Coral Bay. The house is situated a short walk from the main strip with a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants, plus the blue flag beach. You can also easily visit the traditional village of Peyia which is 5 minutes' drive away. Back at the villa you can enjoy distant sea views from the upstairs balcony. What's not to love? Air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Demi Sunset is centrally located in a residential area of Coral Bay. The main Strip with a good number of shops, bars and restaurants is a short walk away. What's more the blue flag beach is only 10 minutes' walk away. If you are looking for a more traditional experience, the village of Peyia with its local tavernas is 5 minutes' drive away.
