The flat accommodates up to four guests and features one spacious bedroom with a king sized bed. There is one modern bathroom with a combined shower and bath. The property is set on the second floor, and within the flat there is a flight of stairs leading up to the bedroom, creating a sense of privacy and separation from the main living areas. The property is ideally suited for two guests with comfortable accommodation throughout. An additional two guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area, although this may not offer the same level of comfort as the main bedroom.

The living area is styled with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that feels both calm and inviting. Crisp white walls and high ceilings create a bright, airy atmosphere, while the open-plan layout gives the space a modern, uncluttered feel. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific requirements, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding rental agreement.
A Mobility Lease agreement will be drafted and signed in French. It will specify, among other things, the duration of the stay, the temporary reason for occupancy, and the conditions applicable to this type of rental.
If your situation does not meet the legal requirements of a Mobility Lease, if the requested supporting documents are not provided, or if the lease agreement is not signed, the booking request cannot be accepted or maintained.
This accommodation is not suitable for short-term tourist rentals or for standard long-term rentals without a qualifying mobility-related reason.
The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property. This accommodation is intended for temporary occupancy under a Mobility Lease.
