This beautiful three-bedroom villa is located in a peaceful area of Pula, just 4 km from the beach and 1 km from the historic city center. Guests can enjoy a private, fully fenced backyard with a covered barbecue area, sun loungers, and a private swimming pool (4 x 7.5 m) for exclusive use.
The villa offers approximately 120 m2 of living space spread over two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area, fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the terrace.
