In the small village of Stokovci, in the heart of Instrien, this vacation home with pool awaits you on a communal property, which is shared with the owner. It consists of two separate living areas, in the middle of which are the rooms of the house owner. There are also separate entrances. To the left of the owner is everything on the first floor, and to the right is the first floor and second floor. The outdoor pool in the common garden is available only for the guests. The coast of Istria is within reach. Also visit the cities of Porec, Rovinj and Pula. You can rent bicycles from the landlord for a fee.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2026. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
