Villa S’Escaleta is situated in an enviable position within the popular resort of Punta Prima. The wonderful sandy beach and the main resort centre, with a good choice of shops, cafés and restaurants, are both around a 5 minute walk away. This excellent location makes the villa ideal for guests wanting everything close at hand, allowing you to enjoy relaxed days between your private pool and the seafront without the need to hire a car. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa S’Escaleta enjoys an excellent position, slightly away from the centre of the resort yet less than a 10 minute walk from the facilities. The seafront is just a 1 minute walk away, where a scenic coastal path runs towards Biniancolla. In the opposite direction, Punta Prima can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot and offers a lovely sandy beach along with a choice of beachfront restaurants and a couple of bars. The villa is an ideal choice for those not wishing to hire a car, with the airport around a 20 minute drive away. The island’s capital, Mahon, is also easily reached in around 20 minutes by car or bus and is well worth a visit for its impressive natural harbour and historic centre.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
