The whole property is fenced to increase privacy. Due to its characteristics and location it’s ideal to spend a few days off in summer and winter.

Environment

The house is located in the village of Pou Nou between fantastic cycle routes and walking paths. The area is largely agricultural and very very quiet, but having the great advantage that the nearest town is 1 km away and the capital of the island and beaches are at less than 4 km.
The nearest beaches are Cala Rafelet, S'Algar Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binibeca and Binissafuller.
