The space

Estudio Nazaríes is a small, modern and very bright studio where you feel comfortable from the very first moment. Recently renovated, it combines contemporary lines with a practical layout designed for natural flow, without unnecessary excess.

Located opposite the emblematic Plaza de Toros of Granada, in a lively central area, it allows you to move around easily and enjoy Granada at your own pace. It is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for comfort, design and a good connection to the city centre.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a pleasant living–dining area with a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests, perfect for relaxing or watching TV. The same space integrates a functional, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay, including a microwave with grill and all the essentials to prepare a good meal.

The sleeping area invites you to relax: a large and very comfortable double bed (150 × 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep.

There is also a convenient workspace with Wi-Fi connection, ideal if your trip includes working hours. The modern, fully equipped bathroom completes the experience with functionality and attention to detail.

The studio has air conditioning and central heating, ensuring comfort at any time of year.

Guest access

When staying in our studio, you will have the entire space exclusively for you and your companions, enjoying full privacy and comfort from the moment you arrive.

Other things to note

The property does not have private parking. There are several parking options nearby, including public car parks and regulated street parking. Before arrival we will provide all the necessary information to make parking easy and worry-free.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send their information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, you must complete a form with the guests’ details.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required before the start of the stay. This amount is automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided no damage or incidents are detected.

Pets are accepted upon request, with an additional supplement of €20 per stay.
