A bright, newly renovated apartment located one floor below the garden and the main villa where I live, accessible via a flight of stairs. The apartment is surrounded by a courtyard with plants, part of which features a patio with a dining table and an outdoor shower.In addition to the courtyard surrounding the apartment, which is for exclusive use, guests can enjoy the garden on the upper level, equipped with lounge chairs, sunbeds, a gazebo, a shower, and a barbecue.
The apartment is located in the heart of the town of Ischia, 170 metres from the Pineta degli Atleti, a convenient spot for jogging and equipped with outdoor workout equipment.
