Situated on the 6th floor, it offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows – from the river and Opera Nova to the University Bridge, Jagiellońska Street, and the rooftops of downtown. Sunrises and sunsets here are truly unforgettable.

The apartment blends modern design with natural wood and exposed brick accents, creating a warm and elegant interior. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a spacious living room featuring a sofa bed and a partially separated sleeping area with a large double bed. In the living space, you`ll find a TV with soundbar and fast Wi-Fi – ideal for remote work or entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stovetop, kettle, dining ware, and a beautiful large table perfect for meals or work. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The location is one of the apartment’s strongest assets. Just steps from the scenic Brda riverside and Mill Island, it’s also only a 5-minute walk to Opera Nova and 7 minutes to the Old Town Square. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, cafes, and cultural landmarks – everything is within walking distance.

Free parking is available under the building (subject to availability). If no spaces are available, guests can use paid public parking on the street (charges apply on weekdays). The apartment is also well connected by public transport, with tram and bus stops nearby. Bydgoszcz Main Train Station is about a 10–15 minute walk away.
