Anna's house, traditional and comfortable, for those who love animals and cats

Anna's House, in a panoramic position with a spectacular 180-degree view of the sea, was built in the early 1970s. It is therefore a house that meets the criteria of comfort, simplicity, and good taste of those times, while offering all the amenities of a modern home. It is a family home, inhabited year-round, and is always meticulously maintained. A 1,500-square-meter garden surrounds the house, ensuring privacy and tranquility. We place great importance on our relationship with nature and respect for the wild animals that live in the park, including hares, partridges, foxes, and wild boars. The Portobello di Gallura park has been officially recognized by the Municipality of Aglientu as a Feline Colony and is permanently inhabited by about thirty cats, cared for by an association we personally supported and helped establish. Four to six free-roaming, well-behaved, and well-behaved cats live near our house. We only welcome guests who are free of allergies to their fur, willing to love and respect them, and feed them the dry food we provide. If guests prefer cats, they can be fed twice a day by one of our trusted staff. The cats live outside and are independent. We guarantee assistance throughout their stay and will personally welcome guests upon their arrival. Because we know that the guests we desire must have special qualities (such as animal lovers), we have decided to take this into account when setting our prices, which are on average 10-15% lower than those of homes with similar features. The house consists of a living room, dining room, and lounge; a separate kitchen; a double bedroom; a bedroom with two beds, one of which is a bunk bed (sleeps three); a bedroom with two single beds; a small study with a sofa; and two full bathrooms, one with a tub and shower, the other with a shower. Outside, there is a patio furnished with tables, chairs, armchairs, and loungers. Terraces surround all four sides of the house. A private parking space is available, as well as a public parking lot 10 meters from the entrance stairs.
