In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 200 m from the sea. Private: swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 500 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Great place for a family holiday

Fabulous location for this well designed and comfortable villa with very nice swimming pool, fantastic view and easy access to the beach. Our five kids aged 11 to 23 all loved it. The villa is situated in a very pleasant, quiet and secure complex with convenient amenities (conciergerie, little supermarket and very nice restaurant). L. from the local InterHome office was very friendly and helpful.

Ein Traum mit Abstrichen

Sauberkeit wird in Italien vielleicht anders definiert. Überall Spinnennetze. Der Pool war in einem desolaten Zustand. Das haben die Bilder nicht gezeigt. Rundherum ein rostiger Rand.

Schönes Anwesen und tolle Umgebung

Das Objekt ist sehr süß, Bad & Zimmer sind zwar relativ schlicht, aber allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Der Ort ist sehr schön, aber von anderen Städten/größeren Stränden etwas abgelegen. Wir würden daher jedem einen Mietwagen empfehlen

Una ristrutturazione e una maggior cura degli esterni e degli impianti sopratutto elettrici (cavi di messa a terra sui rubinetti dell'acqua!!, boiler DENTRO LA doccia) porterebbe questa casa ad uno standard elevato, in linea con le altre del luogo

Tres belle maison, très bien située. Calme et tranquilité total au mois de mai. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et la cuisine est très bien aménagée de sorte qu'il ne manquait rien pour cuisiner. Le petit magasin a proximité offre un choix suffisant. J espere pouvoir revenir un jour.

ABBIAMO IMPIEGATO ORE, DI NOTTE, al buio per trovare la casa all'interno del villaggio. il servizio clienti non rispondeva. non ci sono numeri civici e nemmeno il nome delle vie. serve assolutamente un accompagnatore. la casa era sporca e infestata dalle zanzare e dalle formiche. il cortile interno si allaga ad ogni temporale.impossibile pranzare fuori perchè non c'è una protezione dal sole nel cortile interno. la zona molto bella e selvaggia anche se infestata dai cinghiali.

Klid a soukromí

Dům je umístěn v zeleni tak, že je zajištěno soukromí jak na terase, tak i u hezkého bazénu. Hlavní devízou Portobella je klid a zase klid, a to díky tomu, že je zde jen jedna restaurace u přístavu. Dům zcela vyhovoval pro 6 dospělých, jedno menší dítě i psa. Jen je potřeba se smířit s palandami ve 3 ložnicích. I přes teploty 26 až 30 st. Je v něm příjemný chládek.

Insgesamt ist die Lage des Hauses mit der Aussicht super. Allerdings könnten doch einige Dinge verbessert werden. Die Lichter am Pool waren allesamt defekt. Mein Mann hat sie dann selbst repariert. Der Lichtschalter am Treppenaufgang zum Haus vom Parkplatz aus ist defekt, so dass man nachts das Licht nicht einschalten kann, wenn man später erst nach Hause kommt. Man muss das Licht also bereits beim Verlassen des Hauses einschalten. Div. Steckdosen funktionieren nicht.
