Mary and I are from Chicago and maintain our home there. We enjoy our 3 months in Florida and the friends we have met in Millpond over the past 10 years. We have rented out home during the "season" and have had wonderful long term renters who came back every year. We now have an opening for all months with the exception of January and February. Review our listing and pictures of Millpond Village in the Gulf Harbour Yacht & Golf Club. If that is the place to be this Spring please let us know. Thank you.
Why they chose this property
We purchased the Millpond home in 2015 because if was a perfect place. Not too large, not too small. Close to my best friend. Close to Ft. Myers Beach, Sannibel, Captive, downtown Ft. Myers. 58 homes. Small enough to meet our neighbors and close enough to our community pool, private beach and marina. Gulf Harbour Yacht & Golf Club has 18 different communties nestled along the Caloosahatchee River.
What makes this property unique
Our home is a perfect place for retired couples. 3 bedrooms, one of which is office friendly. A 2 car garage, a lanai looking to the golf course and a private grilling area. The "coach" home is 1200 square feet locate right across from our community pool. Windows, sliding glass doors make the home an open mecca for sunlight.
