The Gardens at Beachwalk is an exceptional Mediterranean-style resort with tropical gardens and beautiful lakes surrounding a superb clubhouse with a heated swimming pool. The grounds of this resort are phenomenally and daily maintained so just walking around fills you up with a nice relaxing feeling.

This is a comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two full bathroom condo on the first floor (ground level by European standards) that has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Enjoy the view of the beautiful lake, fountain, palms and trees from the condo balcony.

The living room is equipped with a perfectly styled sofa and chair as well as a comfy rattan chair where you can enjoy cable on 50" LED TV.

Wireless high-speed Internet access, as well as a variety of cable channels, are available at all times.

Fully equipped kitchen, bar and two barstools ready to make delicious dinner and cocktails. Next to it there is a beautifully decorated dining room.

The master bedroom has a fabulous queen-size bed with an exceptionally comfortable individual coil with a memory foam pillow-top mattress in front of 40" LED TV. It also features an en-suite full bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and even bigger walk-in closet and also a second full bathroom. All rooms have beautiful lake views and palm trees.

The full-size washer and dryer are situated in their own utility room inside the condo.

All bedding and towels are new and kept to a very hygienic standard. This 9-foot ceilings condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation.

The resort clubhouse features a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, beach chairs, seating area with real fireplace, pool and foosball table, kitchen/bar area, and a fully-equipped state of the art gym.

Warm Gulf waters, white powdered sand beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, full-service marinas, many championship golf courses and unlimited activities are all just a couple of minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are within short walking distance. The Fort Myers airport is only 15 minutes away.

Perfect Florida Getaway

The condo is as described, well supplied with just about anything you might need for your stay!! The location of the condo could not be more perfect, close to the pool and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The grounds are very well maintained and the residents we met were very friendly. The owner is truly awesome, very responsive to any questions we had. The perfect Florida getaway!!

We really enjoyed the location, close to restaurants and shopping. Especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. People very friendly!!! Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and linens. We had a wonderful time! The Condo has a beautiful pool and nice air conditioned gym. The neighbors are friendly. You are close to Fort Myers beach, downtown Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. The owner Bob is very attentive and took care of any concerns very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. :)

My wife ended up cleaning some areas that “just couldn’t wait!” We found Beachwalk to be a fantastic area with our unit having a beautiful pond view. We had an enjoyable time at this condo. It’s location is primo and the gated community is immaculate, including all the amenities. Bob, the manager was very prompt with his communications. He had painted and laid new flooring to improve the condo. A little more attention could be given to deep cleaning details (ceiling fans and underneath furniture, as well as top of fridge). We would return to this property.

The best view in the community

I am saying this since we really had the best view and all of our new friends were jealous and coming over to enjoy the view with us. The Gardens at Beachwalk is very nice vibrant community and we met many friends and had wonderful time together which is important for us. The only thing I'd suggest is newer thermostat since the old model is hard to properly adjust and the owner promised that he will be replacing it with Nest thermostat. I can highly recommend this unit!

Nice property, good value

For what we paid for we are more than happy with this property. Very convenient location makes it easy to do anything, the beaches, shopping, groceries... The condo is very comfy and designed with a lot of taste. Small details make it really nice. My wife liked the kitchen very much since there was everything she needed even slow cooker. The view of the lake is so relaxing and enjoyable. We used BBQ by the swimming pool a lot. The owner was so nice that he even let me use his bike from the storage room. We'll definitelly come back.

Amazing vacation

Beautiful view of the lake!!! The fountain lights up at nights, so enjoyable, like we were in some 5 star resort. Actually the whole community looks like resort, palms, threes, lakes, club house and swimming pool...Just walking around gives you nice feeling. We stayed in other communities, but this one is the best so far. Great add on to everything is the owner, Bob who is very responsive and provided all details.

VERY NICE PROPERTY

The Gardens at Beachwalk is amazing community. I find it is very well maintained and because of that it was always a pleasure to walk around. It is also very convinient that everything you need is at walking distance...CVS Pharmacy, Target, Rib City, Publix... The condo itself is very cozy and nice. The views are amazing especially at the lanai. We used extra chairs for friends always enjoying our view. The matress is very comfy which is important for me because of back pain. And we loved smart TV in the bedroom. Really nice place and I'd definitely recommend it.
