Beautiful, Completely Rennovated first floor 2 Bedroom Condo
Welcome to the comfort and convenience at beautiful Casa Bella. This first floor condo is newly refinished with open floor plan, new high end kitchen appliances, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and pack and play available for littles.
First bedroom has queen bed with full bathroom around the corner.
Second bedroom (master suite) has king bed and attached full bathroom.
This property is conveniently located close to Fort Myers Airport (15 miles), surrounded by plenty of beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and has great complex amenities just steps from your front door!
Ammenities:
- Tennis / pickleball court, bocchie ball (pickle ball paddles and balls provided in condo).
- Community pool.
- Outdoor community grill.
- In unit private washer and dryer.
- Free parking directly out of front door.
- Blowdrier.
Beaches:
- Less than 5 miles to Fort Myers Beach. There are plenty of beach access points, be prepared to pay for parking. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the beach to enjoy, many with live music and great views.
- Cross the bridge to Sanibel Island beaches, about 10 miles away.
- Drive south down 865 Estero Blvd to Lovers Key Beach, Bonita Springs beaches, Vanderbilt beach down in Naples.
(4 beach chairs provided in condo for your enjoyment on beach trips.)
Activities:
- Sun Splash Family Waterpark is 15 miles away and fun for the whole family.
- Top golf and Popstroke mini golf are great activities both kids and adults.
- Mid February through late March, you can attend baseball spring training games and activities. Minnesota Twins are at Hammond Stadium and Boston Red Socks play at JetBlue Park, both in Fort Myers.
Grocery stores:
- Super Target is within walking distance from the condo (0.2 miles).
- Two Publix’s located both just north or south of the condo on San Carlos Blvd.
- Walmart and Aldo are also close options.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is at 11am.
If you can please load and start the dishwasher, clean out the fridge, and take out your trash. Trash bins are outside the front door to the right.
