This 3 bedroom, rustic-style terraced townhouse is situated in the elevated complex of Los Altos de Marbella and is perfect for a tranquil getaway holiday. Poised on the hillside, the property boasts fantastic panoramic views of Marbella, the Mediterranean and North Africa. This peaceful development has just a few private properties and offers a lovely communal pool situated just 20 metres from the property and surrounded by mature gardens. Although situated inland, it is only 4.5km to the coast and 7.5km into the heart of Marbella town.
The townhouse is arranged over 2 floors, with the bedrooms situated on the entrance level. Descend the stairs and you find the living area comprising of a lounge/diner & separate kitchen. The large, open lounge/diner offers a fireplace feature and has French windows with wooden shutters leading out onto the private terrace and garden. Here you can enjoy some spectacular views of the sea and North Africa from sun rise to sun set. The rustic kitchen is off the dining area and is well equipped.
The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and have fitted wardrobes. The 2 guest bedrooms share the bathroom fitted with bath with shower attachment. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and benefits from a full ensuite bathroom and has access via shuttered windows to a terrace with some wonderful sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has access to the terrace. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. All of the bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes.
