Nice place - I recommend

This year I went to Calabria with my girlfriend on vacations. It's a nice country, the coasts and the sea in beautiful, people are nice, the food is good and the inland is hilly and green. They have only one problem – garbage. Apartments are clean and comfortable. In the kitchen have more than enough of all equipment to cook. The owners are friendly and useful. Also the price is very good, is you compare value for money. There is only one thing, you need a car or you have to be used to walk.

Wonderful place, very well cared for

The apartments look much nicer on the inside than the outside! We stayed here for 5 weeks and were very well looked after by Salvatore, the owner, who kept bringing us delicious, freshly picked, home-grown vegetables and olive oil. His whole family was involved in looking after the apartments, the guests and the land. Lovely clean apartment, well equipped, a private balcony for sunbathing and a nice 15-minute walk downhill into the village, beach and fabulous fish restaurant "Peppino Il Pescatore". Stunning sunsets and views of southern Calabria, Sicily and the islands. About an hour's walk to the beautiful beach of Grotticelle, or up the hill to San Nicolò where there is a bar with excellent pastries and good coffee. For further excursions a car is necessary, but we came mainly to rest so we only hired a car for a few days. The apartment could have done with mosquito nets on the windows and doors.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienanlage ( Doppelhäuser ) wobei sie so gut angelegt sind, dass man von den Nachbarn kaum etwas mitbekommt. Allerdings sind einige Häuser für Hunde ausgelegt ( Garten mit Zaun ) Da kommt es darauf an wie gut die Besitzer den Hund oder die Hunde im „ Griff" und erzogen haben . ( bellen …) Das Ferienhaus ist einfach eingerichtet aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet . Die Anlage und das Ferienhaus sind sehr gepflegt und sauber . Carmela ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin . Wenn man ein Anliegen hat,meldet sie sich sofort zurück und löst das Problem so schnell wie möglich . Die Häuser sind mit alten Olivenbäumen umgeben der Blick auf das Meer ist phantastisch . Oft kann man auch die Liparischen Inseln und den Stromboli von der Terrasse aus sehen . Insgesamt ein sehr schöne einfache aber sehr saubere Anlage . Mit toller Gastgeberin ! Wir werden wieder hinfahren!

Schöne Anlage mit Olivenbäumen, die Appartements sind einfach, aber sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und waren sehr dankbar für unser eigenes umzäuntes Gartenstück. Die Stimmung auf dem Gelände ist sehr entspannt und die Kommunikation mit der hilfsbereiten Eigentümerin war prima. WLAN war vorhanden, allerdings funktionierte es bei uns nur selten bzw war sehr schwach, wir konnten dies aber über mobile Daten lösen. Die Lage ist strategisch sehr gut, auch ist es problemlos möglich, zu Fuß zum Strand von Santa Maria zu gelangen, der Aufstieg ist halb so wild und ganz normal bei einer steileren Küste, die dafür mit gigantischer Aussicht belohnt.

Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen ist, dass es im Haus kein W-Lan gab. Lediglich ca 50 m entfernt.

Belle vue

Location très bien située pour les visites et proche des belles plages autour de Tropea. Carmela nous a bien accueillis et nous a bien renseignés sur les environs. Logement confortable et parfaitement équipé, cependant, apporter des courses car il n’y a rien si on arrive tard pas même une bouteille d'eau au réfrigérateur. Sinon je recommande. si on arrive tard

Bella villetta con vista mare

Ottima struttura, la signora Carmela è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. La villetta è immersa nel verde e ben arieggiata, la veranda da la possibilità di mangiare godendosi della vista del mare. La spiaggia più bella e adatta ai bambini abbiamo trovato che fosse Grotticelle, a sole 7 minuti di macchina dalla villetta.

Vacanza fantastica

Ho soggiornato per 2 settimane presso la proprietà insieme alla mia compagna e al nostro cane. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: posizione, pulizia e accortezze del proprietario da 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo per chi volesse trascorrere del tempo nel verde insieme ai propri animali e godere di paesaggi meravigliosi.

Mare e relax

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo residence in un periodo in cui normalmente vi è il massimo dell'affollamento, la settimana di ferragosto, ma in questo paradiso immerso nel verde e con vista sul mare mozzafiato dalla veranda, non ce ne siamo accorti. Nonostante l'assenza dell'aria condizionata, non abbiamo sofferto il caldo, perchè le stanze erano molto ben arieggiate. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio molto curato e ben pulito. Anche il nostro cane, di media taglia ha molto gradito. Ringraziamo inoltre la proprietaria, la Signora Carmela, molto gentile, premurosa ed efficiente. Il mare è bellissimo, con spiagge facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Assolutamente da consigliare

vacanze a S. Maria di Ricadi

Ho trascorso 10 giorni in in assoluto relax. La villetta, che fa parte di una struttura situata tra ulivi e palme , ha tutti i confort ed è molto pulita. La posizione è fantastica. Dal terrazzino che da sul mare si possono godere tramonti fenomenali. L'intera struttura è molto curata e sia la signora Carmela che suo papà sono disponibilissimi e attenti a ogni tua necessità. E' la terza volta che ritorno e la terza volta che dico: .

La casa ha una bellissima vista sulla baia sottostante, con una terrazza in cui poter cenare al tramonto. Tutta la proprietà è recintata e tenuta benissimo, tanto che è un paradiso per il nostro cagnolino che ha potuto scorrazzare in tutta sicurezza. A tutto questo si aggiunge la cordialità della signora Carmela e del signor Salvatore che sono stati super disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Tutte le spiagge più famose sono nel raggio di una ventina di chilometri quindi facilmente raggiungibili. A disposizione un barbecue per fare grigliate e una cucina totalmente attrezzata. Lavatrice a pagamento molto utile. Consiglio vivamente questa location, specie a chi ha animali al seguito.

Leuk zomerhuisje

Wij verbleven begin mei in dit huisje. Het is een geschakeld huisje van 4 woningen aan elkaar. Als het mooi weer is, is het een prima huisje. Wij hadden best koud weer voor de tijd van het jaar en dan is het behelpen. Het huisje heeft geen verwarming. De woning bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers, keuken en badkamer en een mooi terras op het zuiden. De bedden waren prima. Het strand is een stukje naar beneden lopen. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en de omgeving verkend. Tropea is leuk, ook Scilla is de moeite waard. Capo Vaticano heeft een mooi strand. Verder moet je rekening houden met gaten in de wegen, waardoor je niet snel grote afstanden kunt overbruggen. Jammergenoeg is er veel zwerfafval, ook op de stranden. We hebben een leuke vakantie gehad, maar zouden er niet nog een keer naartoe gaan.

Panorama a 360°

Premetto che questo è il 5 anno che andiamo a Capo Vaticano, quindi la zona la conosciamo molto bene, ma il primo anno che soggiorniamo alla scogliera del capo, ci siamo trovati subito bene in questa villetta bifamiliare, con vista a 360°, si perché davanti a noi si poteva vedere il mare, e alle nostre spalle la collina. Circondati da ulivi. Ogni casetta è distante, quindi si può godere di tutta la privacy. Appartamento pulito e con mobilia nuova, cucina con tutto l'occorrente per far da mangiare. C'è anche un barbecue e un lavello all'esterno, che per sciacquare i costumi è comodissimo. Con noi c'era anche il nostro cagnolino. Spiaggia a 10 minuti di distanza, ma se si vuole visitarne delle altre bisogna essere automuniti. Ristoranti e market a pochi km di distanza. La signora Carmela e suo padre Salvatore persone gentilissime e ospitali e come tutti i calabresi ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Posto che consiglio vivamente perché noi se ci sarà ancora possibilità ci torneremo di sicuro. Monica ,Salvatore ,Rachel e 🐶Pablo
