The local area is rich with flavor and history. Within easy reach, you will find an array of restaurants, pizzerias, a kiosk-bar, and a well-stocked supermarket. For those seeking beachside luxury, Lido Club La Vignitta is just 600 meters away on Etna beach, offering a comfortable seaside experience. History enthusiasts can stroll 750 meters to the Garitta di Santa Tecla, an ancient Saracen observation tower that serves as a beautiful local landmark.
Please note that the section of the garden directly overlooking the sea is temporarily unusable due to recent storm surges caused by Cyclone Harry. We are currently awaiting administrative authorizations to proceed with restoration. However, the functionality of the courtyard, including the adjoining outdoor shower, remains fully available for your use.
To ensure a smooth stay, guests are asked to dispose of waste according to the notice in the kitchen and to close umbrellas and shutters on windy days. For environmental care, please turn off the air conditioning when leaving for more than an hour. Street parking is available directly below and in the surrounding area. By law, guests must provide identification details (name, birth date, address, and document info) to the owner before arrival for public security reporting.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
