Inside, the villa spans 172.06 sq.m. and features three elegant bedrooms. Two are equipped with double beds, while the third has twin beds that can be converted into a double upon request. Each room boasts minimal decor, wooden ceilings, and light-block curtains for a serene and restful atmosphere. The villa includes three modern bathrooms and an additional WC for your convenience.

The open-plan living area invites relaxation with two plush sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a fireplace. A dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. Large windows and direct access to the terrace create a bright, airy ambiance with stunning sea views.

Step outside to the villa’s expansive 350 sq.m. terrace, where an infinity pool with a jacuzzi awaits. Loungers and shaded pergolas provide the perfect setting for sunbathing or sipping cocktails while admiring the azure waters of western Crete. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole villa and all outdoor spaces.

The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

The property can host 8 people if needed at the extra cost of €35 per person per night after the 6th guest.
