This cozy ground-floor apartment, with its own private entrance, is located in a charming resort in Albufeira, just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque Maria Luísa Beach. Combining comfort, modernity, and a touch of tradition, it’s the ideal space to create unforgettable family memories.

The interior, designed with simple furnishings and warm-toned accents, offers a welcoming and vibrant ambiance. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find unique details showcasing the Algarve’s ancient art of empreita – braided crafts made from dwarf palm leaves, native to the region.

Spaces designed for your comfort:

- Living Room: A comfortable sofa with chaise lounge, TV, and dining table, complemented by a decorative fireplace. The living room opens directly to a spacious sunlit terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

- Terrace: Equipped with sun loungers and a dining table, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the Algarve sunshine or share family meals.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included). The open countertop to the living room makes it easy to connect and socialize while preparing your favorite dishes.

- Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms with single beds, built-in wardrobes and AC. The palm-leaf headboards add a special touch of charm, and one of the bedrooms offers direct access to the terrace.

- Bathroom: Includes a bathtub for relaxing after a day of exploration.

Within the resort:

Relax with access to two outdoor pools (open from April to October) and enjoy the convenience of free on-site parking within the resort. Working hours from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Night time in person assistance due to issues beyond the property's responsibility will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm onwards and €50 from 00:00 am onwards.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 35€).

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
