Casa de S. Pedro is a house located in a residential area of São Pedro do Estoril, just 500 meters from the coast and its pleasant beaches! Conveniently located near the train station, it also allows for easy exploration of the surroundings.

Paid street parking is available, but subject to availability.

Preserving the original architectural features, such as glazed tile or parquet flooring, tile skirting boards, and the solid wooden staircase, rusticity and timelessness define this house.

- Living Room
Upon entering Casa de S. Pedro, you are welcomed by a cozy living room with a TV area and comfortable sofas, as well as a dining area with a spacious table for 6 people.

- Kitchen
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen connects to a pleasant interior patio with a dining table, ideal for enjoying the pleasant maritime climate.

- Bedrooms
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a convenient desk. On the second floor (accessible by the wooden stairs), the house has 3 more bedrooms: a spacious room with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a seating area that opens to a private balcony; a bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe; and another with two single beds.

- Bathrooms
The house has one bathroom on the second floor with a bathtub. The bathroom is interior (without windows), so we advise keeping the door open whenever possible to minimize the accumulation of humidity and odors resulting from the showers.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

→ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

→ Monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00.

- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
