Offering a wonderful covered patio, great for relaximg, grilling and watching the water. There is a private 500 foot lighted pier for fishing. This is a studio apartment with an efficiency kitchen with a hot plate, microwave and small refrigerator. There is 1 bathroom. Parking is limited at this home.
