The Bay House is a great little downstairs studio apartment. It is a perfect get away for a couple or a few friends. Offering a wonderful covered patio, great for relaxing, grilling and watching the water. There is a private 500 foot lighted pier for fishing. This is a studio apartment with an efficiency kitchen with a hot plate, microwave and small refrigerator. There is 1 bathroom. Parking is limited at this home.

Really liked the area and the room. Especially liked the private lighted fishing pier!! The room was very clean and comfortable. About the only thing that would be great to change would be the mattresses but not if you raise the cost of the rental! Renters could just bring a topper if they wish. Thank you!

Property was good but the listing on VRBO was not the unit rented - before renting this unit you need to go to the renters website and confirm what you are going to get. Disappointed with VRBO, not the unit.

Bday weekend of fishing

The rental was just like its described in the listing from pictures. The lights to the pier walk way took a while to light up. Floor was sticky.. even after I mopped it. Kitchen could use a few cutting knives. The fish cleaning station on the pier doesnt work.

I was disappointed with this location. After arriving, I realized the lack of photos was intentional. I was embarrassed as this was only the second time I was on a trip with my girlfriend and this is what a rented. No issues with you all as I have used you all several times. I now know that the lack of photos means something. Thank you!

Great small stay

Great fishing spot, the room was used mainly just to rest, having the private pier was great. Property manager was very polite. We had an issue with the pier light the first night, it was brought to her attention and was fixed immediately. Great friendly stay. Our weekend was great.
