Nestled in the lush green valley of Buscastell, one of Ibiza’s most protected and beautiful landscapes, our historic family finca, set on 2. 5 acres of land offers a rare combination of heritage, privacy, and authentic island charm. Hidden among the hills near San Antonio, this peaceful retreat feels worlds away from the crowds while still being close to Ibiza’s beaches and attractions.

Buscastell is often described as a place of almost biblical beauty — a fertile valley that has remained largely untouched for centuries.

A truly unique feature of the property is the ancient aqueduct system that feeds our historic family watermill adjoining the main house. This remarkable piece of Ibiza’s heritage has appeared in several books and can even be found marked on local maps.

The Space

The finca is arranged across several levels, connected by charming terraces and gardens that create multiple relaxing areas throughout the property.

The original part of the house features:

• Two bedrooms
• Two reception rooms
• A TV lounge
• A main living and dining room

The living area leads into the heart of the home — the traditional kitchen. Here you will find the original fireplace and beautifully blackened Sabina beams from centuries of cooking over an open grate. While rich in history, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

The Blue Room, our third bedroom, opens onto the upper terrace and features a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.

A small bridge leads from this terrace to the rooftop chill-out area behind the Blue Room and laundry space. From here, the panoramic views across the surrounding valleys are breathtaking.

The rooftop area includes:
• A swing that converts into a bed
• A Roman-style daybed perfect for stargazing on warm Ibiza nights

The daytime relaxation zone is centered around the pool area, designed for comfort and socializing.
