A nice apartment. My kids and I loved it. The spacious kitchen was a top notch. Safa communicated regularly. There's virtually everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

Property was double booked. Someone else was in the apartment on arrival. It was a terrible experience overall from staying outside in the hot summer sun to booking another apartment on the spot which costed more than twice the amount of the initial booking. I had to use my credit card to pay for that as it was an emergency expense. It makes me wonder what I’d have done if I did not have up to the limit I had. Additionally, I had my graduation that day and could not focus on the ceremony. My guests and I were stranded. If this were to happen to any traveller at night, it would even be more terrifying. Confirm the apartment is not double booked before proceeding.
