About this property

Aciprestes Guest Inn Apartment

Welcome to your Lisbon crash pad, tucked into the soul of the city — Bica. From lively nights out to lazy mornings with a view, this apartment is all about location, character, and the kind of energy you only find in Lisbon’s most iconic hillside neighborhood.

This two-bedroom apartment sits on the second floor of a traditional Lisbon building, full of history and typical charm. There’s no elevator, so be ready for a few stairs — both in the building and outside.

It’s located on a narrow, no-exit pedestrian lane, right in the middle of one of Bica’s famous staircases. Cars can’t reach the front door, and the nearest drop-off point is about 100 meters away.

The Space

→ Living/Dining Room
Bright and breezy during the day, with a cozy sofa-bed by the window and a TV for downtime between city adventures. The view? A postcard-perfect frame of Lisbon and the Cristo Rei statue.

→ Bedrooms
Two sunlit bedrooms, each with a comfy double bed — perfect for recharging after exploring the city.

→ Bathroom
A functional bathroom with a shower — simple, clean, and does the job.

→ Kitchen
Fully equipped for light cooking: mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and a coffee maker (coffee not included).

Why You’ll Love It

– Front-row seat to Lisbon’s local life, just steps from bars, restaurants, and nightlife
– 10-minute walk to Bairro Alto, Chiado, and the riverside
– Authentic Lisbon vibes: tiled stairways, vintage buildings, and vibrant energy
– Great for friend groups or city-savvy families who want more than just a place to crash

Good to Know

– Pedestrian access only – the apartment is on a staircase street, no vehicle access

– Stairs involved – second floor, no elevator, and stairs outside the building too

– Lively location – expect street noise, especially in the evenings and on weekends

– Santos Populares takes over the neighborhood in June - lots of music, grills, and celebration

– Sound insulation is limited, as is typical in older buildings

– Ventilation is key – we recommend airing out the apartment daily to keep it fresh

– Ongoing construction works in the building, no timetable for completion.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).
