This cosy holiday home for four people offers a relaxing setting close to both nature and city life. The house has a bright bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower, as well as two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. There is also a loft. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove and dishwasher, and is open to the living room. Here you will find a dining table, a cosy sofa arrangement, TV, Apple TV and a warming wood-burning stove, making the house ideal for stays all year round. The living room opens onto a 25 m² conservatory with large sliding doors that can be opened completely to transform the room into an inviting terrace on sunny days. The holiday home is located in a quiet, enclosed area with few neighbours and only 300 metres from the water, providing easy access to the beach and nature. At the same time, it is a short distance to the town, shops, restaurants and a nearby golf course – perfect for both relaxation and activities.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
