The property was amazing and in an ideal location for walking into Bellagio. The host was extremely accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone traveling to Lake Como.

Best views on the lake! Plenty of space for a family of five. Luigi was very responsive. And we did an awesome pasta, making class in the villa with his childhood friend, Betta. Will definitely return!

Professional, beautiful location, pool is not heated but felt great and refreshing. Air conditioning worked well, well stocked kitchen, lots of parking and a simple 8-10 minute walk into the bustle of the town and peace and stunning views web. You return. The walk back up is not small but worth it

Our three children/spouses/2 toddler grandchildren stayed here in June 2026. We had just come from a week in Tuscany thinking that nothing could surpass our wonderful villa w/pool and views. Guess what…this House, pool, and views of Lake Como surpassed it beyond our wildest dreams. This location served us well in comfort and style. Luigi the host greeted us and was readily available to answer any questions regarding the gated property, taxi/UBER, etc. We felt safe and secure in this absolutely stunning part of the world. Thank you, Luigi and Italy for helping to make our family vacation time wonderful!
