It's a great accommodation in Old Town Krakow but it should be noted that after you enter the front door with the code for the first time, the code doesn't work again. To open that door again you will need to use the key that you get from the lockbox.

Being right in the heart of Old Town is genuinely hard to beat, and it's good to know that came through in your stay. Your note about the front door code only working on the first entry is something we'll look into carefully — we want to make sure access works consistently for every guest Anna, BookingHost
