Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Condo was great, “Liquid Life” was not

I requested early check in 3-4 times and they kept saying they couldn’t at that time incase someone was to book the day we checked in. We arrived about 3 hours before check in and needed a second car pass and were instructed to go to Liquid Life office to get the car pass at anytime before 7pm. I showed up to get the pass and they told me they couldn’t give it to me until right at 4 and that even though our condo was empty and clean they wouldn’t let us go ahead and check in. So we had to leave and come back 3 hours later to get the pass and once we got to the condo we found out we were actually about to purchase the parking passes there and the people there were much nicer. I also received several texts throughout the stay asking how everything was and was instructed to respond to that number with any questions and concerns and they few times I did text that number I never got a response. This is a condo we would love to stay in again but would never because of how we were treated by the people at Liquid Life and all the inconveniences we were stuck with due to them.

Great unit and location right on the beach!

We had a great time and the unit was very clean and nice. The resort was great and Gulf Shores was very family friendly Our only issue was that the host mentioned not needing wrist bands for the resort pools but the resort was adamant that we did need them. Also, a second parking pass was $40 at the gate and more expensive from the host. Either way that would have been nice to know prior to getting there.

Excellent location, decent stay

This is my favorite complex to stay at in Gulf Shores. My family actually used to own a condo here too. It’s such a great location where you are close to everything. It has a great kiddie pool area. And I love being right on the beach with a balcony with a view as well. This condo specifically was decent enough for our stay. It was a little more rundown in a few spots than I was expecting, the couch is uncomfortable and small for the condo to sleep as many people as it does. The beds are also uncomfortable. And the communication with property management is all over the place between VRBO, emails, and texts, but I did get parking passes handled and check in and out was fine. I had a maintenance request put in for 3 issues our first night (we resolved 1 ourselves), but it was never ultimately responded to. You’re provided a starter pack of basic necessities, but definitely not enough for the full length of a vacation. It’s decor feels a little tossed together too, but that feels a little knit picky. It was one of the least expensive in this building, so like I said, decent enough if you’re on a tighter budget and want to be ON the beach, but I’ll probably spend a bit more for a bit more convenience and comfort next time. I did explain all of this to the property management before leaving a review and they didn’t seem too concerned over it and “look forward to my stay again.” Overall 3/5 stars. Not terrible, but not excellent.
