We only got to stay one night due to a hurricane coming in but no complaints on the property or the owner, they were wonderful on communication for our safety. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Everything about the condo was lovely. My only suggestion to the owners would be to either buy more comfortable mattresses or toppers. The beds were very uncomfortable and the couch, although very esthetic, was not comfortable. The condo was immaculate, as was the communication. I'm elderly, so perhaps if I were younger, the comfort issue might not have been a concern for me.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean except for the pull out couch. Thankfully we did not end up needing it, but it was full of sand and the mattress is stained. Even with sheets I wouldn’t sleep on it. So don’t bank on using the pull out couch as another sleeping option. Besides that, the place was perfect! Everything else was clean and we had plenty of towels. The unit is right on the beach so it was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Beds could definitely use a mattress upgrade Several things were messed up. Shade in living room garbage disposal. We could not get an accurate code for pool and beach access All little things. But overall nice stay

Thank you for staying at Crystal Shores West 307. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate the feedback — I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address the mattress condition, the living room shade, the garbage disposal, and the issue with pool/beach access codes. Those are all things we should have resolved before your arrival. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
