This Condo is perfect for families. Very spacious, great views, I will say the kitchen utensils, pots, pans and bowls are very limited. Its location is great close to everything. Beachball was wonderful to work with they answered all my questions in a timely manner. Overall it was great, we will absolutely stay here again.

August 2026 trip

We had a great trip. Condo was exactly as described. Being on first floor was great. It was more like 4th floor since parking was below us. We do suggest replacing toilets with higher ones. Just very low for people over 55.

Really enjoy our stay the condo was a nice size for a group of 7 women. Located near several good restaurants. Only negative is the washer and dryer barely worked. The icemaker stop working in the fridge day two. We were only using the ice for drinks in the condo not our coolers. The kitchen did not have one baking sheet pan.

Clean place; great location and view!

Cleanliness was on point! Even though our unit was “first floor,” it was above all levels of the parking garage, so the view was great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back here.

Great stay

We loved the views. There was room for all of us to spread out. The beds were comfortable. Layout of condo was good. My grandkids enjoyed the pool. Wish we could stay longer. Except for the early morning garbage pick up the place was quiet.

Perfect condo

This condo is amazing! The best view we've ever had on the gulf. The balcony is huge and so nice to sit and relax on. The rooms were spacious and we loved having a bathroom in each one. Could not ask for a better place to stay. The first floor was so convenient and still had an amazing view. The kids really enjoyed the pools. Everything was very clean and well kept.

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time at Crystal Shores West unit 101. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful and nice and security even came by one night and told us our door was unlocked! Very safe area. The condo had everything we needed for our weeks stay! Beds were comfortable and the balcony was awesome! The beach area was so much fun! Definitely would come back to this rental next time we visit Gulf Shores. I would suggest maybe updating the skillets in kitchen as they were very worn out. Thanks again for such a great rental!
