CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the front counter of Island Winds East upon arrival. It's important to keep in mind that during holidays, special event dates, and the prime season, only one parking pass is available per unit.

5 night stay

The location and the building was terrific. The rental agency was terrific and very quickly responded to our issues We thought the place was dated, the dark wood cabinet were painted white but there were chips and they painted over the hi ges. The ceramic tile floor has chips in it.

Great place for kids! Only a few steps to the beach and the pool had a 2ft section which was great for our toddler who’s learning to swim!

Can’t ask for a better location. So many things within walking distance. Been coming to Gulf Shores for almost 30 years. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Beach Location

Condo was on the top floor and had an amazing view. The building is older and could use some improvements but I knew that from reading previous reviews. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit so we got a lot of street noise and people walking by to the elevator. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.eleelevator

Everything was amazing. I definitely hope this place will be available if we do come back to gulf shores. The only thing is the kitchen sink stopper was a lil hard to get out but overall great stay.

Short girls trip

My dtr and I stayed for a few days to get away from the Midwest before summer kicks off. Perfect location. beautiful views, comfortable bed and close to everything we wanted to do. The pull out couch was not at all comfortable, so she slept on it as a couch only. Plenty of towels and pillows. It was fine for what we needed.

This condo was ideal for our couples getaway. Prime location for walking everywhere. The condo itself could really use some updating and deep cleaning, but overall it was fine for our needs.

we enjoyed every minute in our vacation. Just wished the cost if thr parking ticket would have been in with the cost if the room. I tried to pay with a 100.00 and they was unable to do so, said they didn't have change.

Our Happy Place

We look forward to our visit to Gulf Shores every year! Condo was well appointed, and a great view from the top floor. Building overall is nice but could use a refresh. Condo itself was nice but again showing some wear. Ice maker didn't work during our stay and maintenance could not fix. Not a deal breaker.

Nice view

Floor was filthy. We never walked barefoot here. Kitchen was sparse. No cutting board, cheap knives. Mildew on bathroom faucets. Furniture very uncomfortable. Nice area, great restaurants. Weather wasn’t great but we had fun.

Spring Getaway

We were very pleased with our VRBO accommodations. Everything promised was included, no unusual surprises. View off balcony was spectacular! Loved the closeness to the beach. The cooking utensils and pans were plentiful and in excellent shape. The bed was very comfortable. We had a very relaxing time and felt there was good value for what we paid. Just a few suggestions: we brought our own beach towels as advised and glad we did for sitting on the beach. For a one week stay, we would suggest bringing at least one additional roll of toilet paper. Just one is provided. It would have been nice to have ice trays, but a bag of ice is readily available on the main floor for purchase. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks again for a very comfortable stay.

Could Be Great

The view here was wonderful and this place would have been great except there were some downsides. The plus was the view, the place was clean and it had everything we needed and the office staff was very friendly. The pool was a nice size and it was cleaned daily. I love that if you got tired of sitting on your balcony you could sit in the lobby or just outside of it under the building, the pool or the beach. They try to keep the lobby floors dry as people come in wet. There are also coupon books available for activities, shopping and restaurants. The downside was this unit it right in front of the elevators so if other guest were a little loud we could here them because the bedroom is right at the front of the unit. The water in the bathroom sink and shower drained slow. The shower curtain liner was a nice heavy duty one, but too long so when the water would build up the linter would drag and get extremely dirty. The furniture was cheaply made. Every time you sat on a bar stool or at the dinning table, the stools felt weak and appeared to wobble. The sofa sat low to the floor and appeared that someone sat on it with dirt on them which would have rubbed off on the fabric and it was extremely uncomfortable. Replace the barstools, dinning set and couch and you've got a great place to stay.
