Beautiful Gulf Shores AL Beachfront Condo for Rent! Sleeps 4

Our cozy beach style eighth floor unit is newly updated and features plank tile flooring, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a king bed, spacious closet with mirrored doors, and 43” LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 50” LED flat panel TV with soundbar, a Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa includes a unique “everyday sleeper” design to maximize comfort without springs! This unique design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable laundry center is also available for your convenience.

This Gulf Shores condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Adventure Center at The Wharf features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.

Complex amenities include free WiFi, some covered parking, gift shop, spacious pool (seasonally heated), and a huge sun deck with lounge chairs and tables. Chair and umbrella rentals are seasonally available from and an attendant on the beach. All Boardwalk condos are smoke free, and no pets are allowed.

This was the perfect condo for 2 people. My husband and I enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony. I had reached out to Howard about this rental and in the meantime we had a death in the family. Every thing was clean, the view was great and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the mattress and pillows, not very comfortable at all. Overall we had a great stay at the property.

We haven't had any other complaints, and I'm sorry ours didn't work well for you. The mattress and pillows are both practically new - the mattress was replaced in November, and the pillows were replaced in March. Agein, I'm sorry they weren't a great fit for you. Great place just should have a little more of the basic stuff Dish soap laundry detergent. Trash bags , toilet paper and paper towels. For a one bedroom place a lot of stuff to buy just to keep clean . Other than that perfect place , great view and awesome beach access

We vacationed in Gulf Shores for several years prior to purchasing our first beach front vacation rental condo at Boardwalk in 2012, and we instantly fell in love with this Alabama Gulf Coast paradise. We purchased a second unit at Boardwalk in 2018. We currently live in the Nashville, Tennessee area and plan to retire in Gulf Shores.
We think you’ll love the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area as much as we do. Our hope is for you to have a fantastic vacation experience while staying here, so much so you will want to come back and make more memories. We pride ourselves in offering great customer service with local management and maintenance contacts if needed.
