Located at 1117 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores Alabama, Seacrest 901 is the 9th Floor East End Penthouse Unit with two private balconies. The main balcony off the living area looks South over the Gulf of Mexico and the second balcony off the master bedroom looks North over Little Lagoon. Both offer spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. This is a beautiful and modern, low density complex with one assigned parking spot underneath the building (parking for 2 vehicles maximum per condo with valid parking pass). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers beautiful granite counter tops and sleek white appliances. The living and dining area has a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, couch, recliner and kitchen table for four. The condo offers one king master suite with its own 48 inch flat screen TV and a private bath and a stunning private balcony. The second bedroom is a queen with its own 32 flat screen TV. The complex also has a nice private swimming pool and hot tub on the beach for Seacrest Guests and Owners only as well as gazebo and two stainless steel charcoal grills. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit, common areas or limited common areas which includes all balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests.

We had an excellent experience at this property. Very clean, perfect location and seamless check in/check out process. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved this place. It was beautiful and fully equipped with anything you would need. You cannot beat the location, being the top corner unit with balconies facing north and south. Communication with David and Angie was easy with immediate responses.
We loved our stay here, the view was excellent from the corner balcony. Parking was super convenient right underneath with an assigned spot so you didn’t have to search for the next open location. The morning sunrises are beautiful with an easy walk to the beach loved it will try to go back someday.!
Absolutely delighted with the perfectly beachy decor and how everything was logically where it should be for ease of stay. Would return over and over. A wonderful vacation get away.
We enjoyed our stay. The location and view of gulf was amazing and beautiful. We had no problems and hosts communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Definitely would return.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores. The condo was beautifully updated and everything in it looked brand new. We were unable to use the pool/hot tub due to exterior maintenance, but the weather was too cold to do either one. We definitely hope to schedule a return visit!
We had a very pleasant stay at this location and everything written about how clean and well-kept the property is was spot on. The owners thought of everything you might need in the unit and it is vey well layed out.
Property was very clean, which is very important to me. Access to beach was easy and a very short walk. Property well maintained. Close to numerous restaurants.
The condo is just what the photos look like, its clean and very conformable to stay in, there are views of both the beach and lagoon. The kithen is well stocked with everything you needd.

Angie and I retired in 2016 and moved to Gulf Shores. When we sold our home we invested in Crystal Tower 1701 (VRBO 1183472) which is located 2/10 of one mile east of Seacrest 901. We have totally remodeled and updated Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351). Recently we purchased Crystal Shores 1001 (VRBO 1489724) which is another 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom east end condo located at 921 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL. We manage and maintain Seacrest 901, Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Crystal Shores 1001. We occupy all these units during the year when not occupied by our guests. This enables us to keep all the properties updated and pristine as they are our residences as well as vacation rentals for our guests.
Why they chose this property
There is a plentiful supply of interior units however a Penthouse East End Unit does not come along too often especially in a low density complex on Gulf Shores West Beach Blvd.
