The kitchen had just about everything we needed and we really loved the spacious master suite. Our family members said the other sleeping areas were comfortable as well.The one single-bed space is small but it met our needs. We also appreciated the availability of the DISH TV for local channels and other shows (other condos we've had to bring our own TV plan.)We all had a great week and would definitely return. Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.
