View was great! Pools weren’t heated, so they were a bit chilly. Beach was amazing. Very close to a bunch of cool restaurants and kid friendly activities.

Lighthouse 811 is such a beautiful condo! Clean, comfy, cozy, and cute! Perfect view of the beach/ocean from the glass doors and balcony! Friendly staff, fast elevators, and a super clean gorgeous property!! We enjoyed our jacuzzi tub and one of the hot tubs, the indoor and outdoor pools. Just a few steps away, we delighted in the clean beach with perfect white sand and emerald water! We rate Lighthouse Condominiums 10/10, definitely recommend!!

We would have rated this as excellent except for some housekeeping/furnishing issues that bothered us. 1) the master bedroom needs some blackout curtains as there is only a thin drape. 2) ALL the mattresses need to be replaced. They are obviously old and soooo soft that you think your going to be on the floor when you sit on them. 3) The towels and wash clothes are thin and scratchy like at very inexpensive hotels. For the price being paid we just sort of expected better linens. Also more than the one TP roll in each bathroom shouldn't be too much to ask.

Thanks for the review Jim. The new curtains were supposed to be blackout but arrived incorrectly, new ones on order. The mattresses are not old, it is difficult to find the perfect mattress for everyone and guests in the past have not complained about them being too soft. However, the boxsprings are older. I will look at replacing them soon. Sometimes my cleaning service doesn't sift through the thinner towels and replace, I will make sure that isn't the case. I always want my guests to feel they didn't over pay. You paid $259/night for a beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The hotel just a few doors down runs $485/nt for 2 queen beds and 1 bath as a comparison. Thanks again for staying!

Hi, I’m Jason! Epic Properties began years ago when I, originally from Ohio, settled in Franklin, Tennessee after college and bought my first condo in Gulf Shores. What started as one property quickly turned into a passion for creating a better, more personal way for families to vacation.

Today, my wife, February, helps decorate, style, and photograph our condos to give each one that welcoming, coastal feel guests love, and our daughter, Kaylee, manages the marketing and design.

We live in Franklin, TN, about seven hours north of the beach, and never miss a chance to head south to the sand. We now own seven condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and I personally manage each one to make sure it’s well‑maintained and ready for your arrival.

We hope you’ll stay with us, unwind, and love the ocean as much as we do.
