For bookings made by groups of young people, a EUR300 security deposit will be required, payable at check-in via bank transfer, cash, or PayPal. This amount will be refunded once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, with no damages or incidents during the stay.
The refund may take up to 24 hours after check-out.
