Welcome to a bright and welcoming holiday home of 59 m², perfect for a relaxing getaway close to the water. You will stay just 30 metres from the beach, making it easy to start the day with a refreshing morning swim or a peaceful walk along the shore.



The house is practically laid out with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen includes all essential appliances, making it easy to prepare both breakfast and dinner. The bathroom has underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable start to the day even in the cooler months.



Upstairs you’ll find the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and a cosy balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or some fresh air after a day by the water. The house has x sleeping spaces, making it ideal for couples or a small family.



The surrounding area is perfect for a holiday with everything close by. The beach is right outside your door, offering great opportunities for swimming, walks and enjoying the sea view throughout the day. Nearby you’ll also find mini golf and a campsite where, for a fee, you can use the water park and playground. There is a restaurant only about 250 metres away, making it easy to dine out and enjoy a convenient holiday.
