The house is located in beautiful North Zealand, not far from the charming town of Hundested and close to Tisvildeleje and Liseleje. An ideal base for day trips in the area or to Copenhagen.
Hundested offers excellent restaurants and a cozy shopping area. The Lynæs surf center is a true gem.
The property – The house is 140 m² and features a 200 m² hardwood terrace.
The house has three separate bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests. In addition, extra sleeping arrangements can be made in the living room.
Two bathrooms, each with its own toilet and shower.
Spacious living area with kitchen and dining space and stunning sea views. Adjacent TV lounge, also with sea views.
Entrance hall with a small workspace.
Underfloor heating throughout the house as well as a heat recovery ventilation system. The house is equipped with a heatpump.
The terrace offers a wonderful seating area by the sea with hammocks. A wellness area right by the water with spa, sauna, and outdoor shower.
