Welcome to Villa Flora Heritage, our family villa in Nesso, just 100 metres from the famous Orrido di Nesso waterfall.
Built in 1961 and surrounded by a lush garden overlooking the Castello di Nesso and the lake, the villa carries on a long family tradition of hospitality that originated with our historic hotel, Villa Flora.

A timeless retreat between the lake and the garden: Here, life slows down. Enjoy breakfast under the pergola, sunbathe on the lawn, or simply watch the light change over Lake Como. Villa Flora Heritage is more than just a stay—it’s a storey of family, nature, and serene beauty.

Our Heritage: In the 1960s, my parents built this house as a family haven overlooking the lake.
For over 50 years, our family welcomed guests through our legendary Hotel Villa Flora, and today we open the doors of our home once again—to share that same sense of warmth and belonging.

The Garden & the View: A private green oasis where the sound of the lake meets the scent of the grass. Enjoy an aperitivo under the pergola, dinner under the stars, or simply silence and sunshine.

Experiences: Discover Lake Como like a local—from a host who was born here. Walk to the Orrido di Nesso, take a boat to Bellagio, or enjoy a meal at a trattoria by the water.
