Casa Posterus, located in the village of Dolores on the Costa Blanca, was completely rebuilt in 2023. It features a beautiful terrace with a spacious private pool (5.20mx3m). The ground floor also comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is also a guest toilet and the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom including a toilet.
On the first floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms and a bathroom including a toilet. There is also a large roof terrace.
Underneath the house is a spacious basement, where the garage and laundry room are located.
The entire living area has air conditioning, and all windows have electric shutters. There is an outdoor shower on both the ground and first floor terraces.
