The large windows flood the space with natural light, warming the environment and making it even more inviting. This invitation is complemented by the modern and minimalist decor, punctuated with elements of vivid colors.

- Living Area
It features an elegant and comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table.
The stairs to the upper floor are strategically placed to create an additional space ideal for reading moments on the chaise longue or working at the convenient desk.
A complete kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals with all the convenience.

- Kitchenette
Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Krups espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machine and dishwasher.

- Bedrooms
Located on the first floor (accessible by stairs). Both bedrooms have a double bed (140cm x 200cm), air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes. Note that one of the bedrooms does not have a door, while the other has a sliding door.

- Bathrooms
On the lower floor, the apartment has a guest bathroom. The full bathroom is on the same floor as the bedrooms and is equipped with a shower.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Walking:
Depending on your destination, walking might be a convenient option, especially if you're exploring nearby attractions or amenities. Porto is a relatively compact city, and many points of interest can be reached on foot.

Metro:
The closest metro station is Heroismo (10 minutes walking) and is an important transportation hub in Porto, serving as an interchange for various metro lines. It provides easy access to different parts of the city, connecting you to popular destinations, attractions, and other metro lines. You can purchase individual tickets or use reusable cards like Andante, which offer discounted fares.

Bus:
At a walking distance you also have Duque de Terceira and Campo 24 de Agosto Bus stops. From there you can get to the city center and explore popular attractions like Ribeira, Dom Luís I Bridge, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Avenida dos Aliados; to the beaches like Matosinhos or Foz do Douro; to Gaia and visit the famous port wine cellars, enjoy riverfront views, and even take a cable car ride.

Taxis: Taxis are widely available in Porto and can be a convenient option, especially for shorter trips or when you have heavy luggage. You can find taxi stands throughout the city, or you can use ride-hailing apps like Uber or Bolt.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
