The structure, if rented in its entirety, represents the perfect solution to accommodate up to eleven people in total.
The upper floor houses the Villetta Jaclin, a refined and bright housing solution perfect for those who want to enjoy a vacation of comfort and relaxation. The rooms are well-kept and functional, designed to offer convenience and well-being at any time of the day. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, equipped with an induction cooktop and everything necessary to comfortably prepare meals, while the large and welcoming living room is enriched by a dining area and a practical double sofa bed. The two double bedrooms guarantee a comfortable rest and, together with the living room, are all air conditioned to ensure the right freshness during the summer months. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and is organized in a simple and functional way. Outside, the villa has two verandas, one on the front and one on the back, both furnished with garden furniture and ideal for spending pleasant moments in the open air. The garden, completely fenced, offers a private and welcoming space and is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying summer evenings with friends. At the disposal of guests there are numerous amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, mosquito nets, TV and Wi-Fi, designed to make their stay even more comfortable and relaxing.
The basement, on the other hand, houses the Jaclin Apartment, a comfortable and welcoming solution, ideal for couples, families or small groups who want a practical and relaxing vacation just a few minutes from the sea. The house consists of a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette that allows you to manage meals in total autonomy and a bright living room with dining area and sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, offering up to five beds and ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The bathroom, equipped with a shower box, is designed to offer functionality and practicality. Outside, the apartment has a pleasant back porch furnished with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing or having meals outside on milder days. The fenced garden ensures tranquility and privacy and is enriched by the presence of a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying summer evenings. This apartment is also equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, mosquito nets, washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
