Arranged on two floors with a total area of about 180 square meters, it consists of two apartments with independent access but communicating via an internal staircase. The house has two kitchens, two living rooms (one very large of about 50 sq m) 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large terrace on the first floor and a garden on the ground floor. It is located in the center of Taviano, in Salento, 5 km from the Punta pizzo marine island and Sant’Andrea island and from Gallipoli, 100 meters from the railway station and public transport stops, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Free public parking available near the house. It is possible to rent part of the house with price reduction.
